Coordinate drug testing for HQ Staff three times a year.Data entry on expired date of yellow cards, NSSF cards, scan them and upload to HR database.Work with National Social Security Funds to process NSSF cards/renew yellow cards for all staff.Organise contracts and employee personal folder.Coordinate and set up interviews and participate where appropriate.Run reports and analysis from the database as required by the HR Administrator.new personnel, training records, promotion, disciplinary records, etc In particular, the HR Assistant will support the HR Administrator to work closely with Office Managers to support them with HR issues/request/paper work and communicate any changes this will require occasional travel to our field locations. The HR Assistant will support the HR Administrator who works closely with HALO Cambodia’s heads of department to ensure that the programme’s HR requirements are met in line with operational strategy and HALO global policies. The HR Assistant is based in Siem Reap HQ and reports directly to the HR Administrator.
